Permanent Accounting and Tax Consulting
Review of monthly or quarterly closings aimed to identify any matters not in accordance with prevailing accounting principles and the tax laws in force. Pre-emptive work aimed to assist businesses in finding solutions for specific issues and matters arising from daily operations, including a review of accessory obligations and of the annual income tax return.
Internal Control System Audit
This work encompasses surveying, analyzing and evaluating the quality of internal controls across the company areas, including tests of the transactions recorded to provide assurance as to adherence to and effectiveness of the internal control implemented.
Operational Audit and Specific Areas
The objective of these audits to provide assurance to the company’s management that transactions have been recorded in compliance with generally accepted standards and with the principles underlying an effective internal control. The scope of these audits is previously discussed, agreed upon and formally established with Management.
Tax and Labor Compliance Reviews
Review of procedures adopted the companies for direct taxes, indirect taxes and the labor area, checking for compliance with applicable legal provisions while identifying any contingencies and/or tax savings alternatives.
Financial Statement Audit
Aimed at expressing an independent auditors’ opinion on financial statements.
Cost Consulting
Costing system review with the purpose of validating its effectiveness and adequacy vis-à-vis the Management model under concern. This work comprises an analysis of impacts, if any, on accounting results.

Accounting and Tax Bookkeeping
Completion of accounting and tax books for compliance with the prevailing corporate, accounting, social security and tax legislation, including international accounting standards. This work comprises preparation of:
a) reports in amounts expressed in other currencies, rendered in the English language and in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), or with the accounting principles generally accepted in the United States (US GAAP);
b) local reports rendered in the Portuguese language and in accordance with the accounting principles generally accepted in Brazil; and
c) management reports specifically aimed to meet the needs of local Management and of the Parent Company established abroad.
Administrative and Financial Consulting
Financial- and administrative-area-related advisory services, providing operational support and following best management practices. Services include, among others, treasury management – accounts receivable, accounts payable, issuance of invoices and collection vouchers, and cash flows preparation. Under specific, contractual conditions we temporarily act as Administrators in charge of multinational companies in their preoperating phase.
Human Resources Consulting
Advice on matters involving personnel management. These services encompass:
a) payroll processing;
b) people management; and
c) benefits management.
